Abstrak

The implementation of facilities and infrastructure is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, or innovations in a practical action so that it has a good impact in the form of changes in knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes. The goal is to ensure that existing facilities and infrastructure are used efficiently, effectively, and sustainably, thereby supporting smooth operations and achieving organizational goals optimally. This study examines the management of facilities and infrastructure at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Middle School with a focus on (1) How is the implementation of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of learning at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Middle School? (2) How is the implementation of the use and maintenance of learning facilities and infrastructure at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Middle School? (3) What is the impact of the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Middle School? The research method used is a qualitative case study. The results of the study show that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure includes procurement, inventory, distribution, maintenance, and disposal. The impact of implementation on facilities and infrastructure is quite positive so that it can help the smooth running of learning activities in the classroom. This study concludes that effective management of facilities and infrastructure, from thorough planning and effective implementation to routine maintenance, significantly contributes to improving the quality of learning at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School.
